Every conclusion this site records, listed in full, and where the list comes from
The short version

When a tool finishes a calculation, this site adds 1 to a counter. It records the date, which tool, what happened, and which of that tool's named conclusions it reached. It never records a number, a selection or a note you entered, and there is no account, no cookie and no identifier of any kind behind it, not even a temporary one. The privacy notice sets that out in full.

This page is the itemised list. It is generated from the same file the site enforces against, so it cannot describe something that does not happen, and it cannot fall behind when a tool is added.
