Every tool here is written and maintained by Dr Shashikiran Umakanth. Where a second clinician has also read a finished tool against current guidance and agreed to be named on it, that tool carries the credit "Independently reviewed by" on its own page, and the reviewer is listed below with what they reviewed and when.
